Design and Engineering
The engineering unit of Hish consists of a team of experienced design and manufacturing engineers, who use the most advanced engineering software, either standard (i.e. SolidWorks/Inventor) or proprietary tools, to provide optimal cost-effective solutions within customer’s budgetary and product specification constraints.
For best results Hish uses a wide range of engineering materials: stainless and carbon steel; special steels and alloys: duplex, super duplex, 904L, monel, aluminum, inconel, incoloy, hastalloy, titanium.
Hish products are designed and produced to the highest engineering standards EN, ASME , TEMA , CEMA, PED, and others upon request.
The Plant
In the plant located in Afula, Israel, Hish has a large, state-of-the-art production hall 50 m long, 35 m wide and 18 m high, with a lifting capacity of 70 tons. These dimensions enable the assembly of large systems and subsystems.
If needed, Hish production capabilities can be extended by sub-contracting.

Quality Assurance and Control
Hish serves the most demanding industries and is committed to the highest levels of quality assurance and control. Our products undergo extensive testing complying with Israeli law and client demand. Hish has numerous certificates attesting to its adherence to the highest industry standards.
Hish Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems cover all phases of design and production with in–house self-stamped or witnessed pressure tests and internal and 3rd party non-destructive testing with full 3.1 and 3.2 material certificate traceability.
Following are our QA qualifications. Hish designs and tests products according to SII 430 and can provide Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) and ASME VIII certificates upon request. Special standards are also available upon mutual agreement.
